Diabetes Support groups can be a valuable resource for patients and families. Joining a support group with regular weekly or monthly meetings or organizing one of your own groups can be a helpful avenue to share thoughts, feelings, recipes and all the little tricks that help you to manage your diabetes. This type of group can be beneficial as there is always some point in our life when we need to talk with someone who understands the struggles of managing diabetes.
