Dr. Keith Dawson is Professor of Medicine, Emeritus at UBC and an Endocrinologist at Vancouver General Hospital.

He is recipient of the CDA award for outstanding dedication in 2004. He was a major contributor to the Guidelines for Treatment of Diabetes in Canada 2003 outlining how people with diabetes should best be treated.

He is a strong advocate for people with diabetes.

Dr. Elliott is an Assistant Professor at UBC based at Vancouver General Hospital where he has conducted a busy practice in diabetes & endocrinology since 1992. He has his own website.

Dr. Elliott is extensively involved in research & education in diabetes. He is President of a local charity, the BC Endocrine Research Foundation (BCERF). Dr. Elliott is also involved in two large diabetes research studies which investigate ways to reduce the risk of heart attack and stroke.
